Griffin Waller is a health and performance expert with over 15 years of experience in elite athletics, specializing in the design and leadership of integrated sport performance systems. He currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance at the University of Portland, where he has led comprehensive programs for Division I athletes for over a decade.
Griffin’s work is grounded in the belief that health drives performance. His approach extends beyond physical training to include lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, and recovery—recognizing that daily habits shape long-term outcomes. Through structured training and education, athletes develop not only physical qualities but also the ownership necessary to sustain high performance.
Throughout his career, he has worked with developmental populations to collegiate and professional athletes across a wide variety of sports. His teams have achieved sustained competitive success through consistent processes focused on durability and long-term progression.
