Development Stages

PHASE 01

Fundamentals (Ages 8-11)

Focus: Building a technical foundation. We master core movement patterns and coordination, ensuring young athletes develop the essential physical literacy and confidence needed to build competency and excel in any sport they choose.

PHASE 02

Development (Ages 12-15)

Focus: Strength and movement literacy. This stage transitions athletes into structured weight training, agility, and speed drills, increasing intensity to match the physical demands of competitive middle school and early high school sports.

PHASE 03

Performance (Ages 15-18)

Focus: Increased training methodology and specificity to match training age and sport demands. We utilize data monitoring and management to build robust athletic qualities, ensuring high school athletes are physically prepared for collegiate recruitment and elite competition.

PHASE 04

Elite (18+)

Focus: Sustain peak output and increase longevity. We provide college and professional athletes with precision programming and recovery systems designed to maximize physiological potential, sustain elite performance levels, and extend professional competitive careers.
